Payment Data: Processed securely through Apple; Ezrae never stores card details.

We retain account data while your account is active. Conversation data is encrypted and deleted upon account deletion. Analytics data may be stored up to 24 months for product improvement.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us below. Deleting your account removes all personal and conversation data from our systems.

Ezrae is intended for users aged 13 and older. For minors, parental supervision is encouraged. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
